Even nominally identical engines often perform slightly differently. This can be down to manufacturing tolerances, the number of kilometres covered or the quality of the fuel. So that your RaceChip works perfectly with the engine in your car, we have developed fine tuning mappings. They mean that you can fine tune your GTS5 to match your engine's performance and characteristics perfectly. The app control feature lets you download the pre-programmed settings right from racechip servers.

The tuning, or remapping, of your vehicle is a very delicate and precise process. Done incorrectly, like many of the cheap tuning boxes available on the internet, can end in disastrous consequences such as blown turbos or even total engine failure. This is often because these chips are mass produced and simply alter fuel and/or boost settings for a set figure for all engines.
Every RaceChip tuning box is engine specific, where the changes to your engine parameters have been meticulously programmed for the best performance when you need it, economy when you don't, and safe operating - always.
In addition to engine specific software tuning your RaceChip hardware is vehicle specific for a quick and simple installation (i.e. plug and play connectors) and also includes easy to follow instructions.
RaceChip GTS5 comes to you with the right mapping for the engine in your car. You can also choose from 7 fine tuning mappings via the digital interface on the front side in order for the chip to gradually better fit the engine's performance and characteristics.
SMART features: The newly developed SMART features are the perfect add-on for your GTS5. The extension makes your tuning even more intelligent & safe and includes a SMART Warm-Up Timer, which activates the tuning based on engine parameters such as oil or water temperature in order to create optimum conditions for increasing performance. Notice: App control is required.

FREE STANDARD SHIPMENT
We offer free standard shipment of orders for delivery in the UK mainland. If your order is subject to additional courier charges, we will contact you before your order is processed to request payment of the additional charges requested by the courier.
Shipment times vary depending on your location. We do our best to dispatch all orders within a day of an order being placed or the next working day (if weekend or Bank Holiday). Please use the tracking number provided to track the progress of your order. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please liaise with your local courier depo to find out the location of your parcel and to discuss your delivery option. It is your responsibility (as the purchaser) to ensure we have your correct contact details and the delivery address to ensure a successful delivery.
In the event where the delivery is refused, or the delivery address is incorrect, the order will be sent to us. In these circumstances, the order will be subject to our standard return policy (in that it has to be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging). In addition, you will be responsible for payment of the delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you (the buyer). Such delivery costs will be deduced from the total value of refund (if any) we are due to issue to you after inspecting the product(s) in line with our standard return policy.
Please note that orders placed during national holiday (including Christmas and/or Easter) will be processed as soon as possible but no earlier than the first business day after such national holiday.
SHIPMENT ABROAD

Please note orders outside of the UK mainland will be subject to the relevant custom regulations. We (Brute Status Limited as the seller) will ensure compliance with the relevant custom regulations relating to export prior to shipment of your order from our warehouse. Further, it will be your responsibility (as the purchaser) to comply with the relevant custom regulations on import that will include making any payments (as may be applicable) relating to importing product(s) to the country of your destination. Each country has different import laws and therefore we will not be able to advise you in relation to such laws for the country of your destination. If, for whatever reason, you fail to comply with the applicable custom laws and the order is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund for the costs of shipment that you have paid for the order in question.

RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to making our customers happy, sometimes however, things do not always go to plan and you may need to return your order.
Please contact us first by emailing your request to info@brutestatus.co.uk for instructions on how to return your order. Please do not ship your item if you haven’t been provided with the specific return instructions, as you will need to be provided with an RMA number in order for us to process your return.
Returns must be received within no later than 30 days from the original delivery date, and each return item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Any returns received after 30 days from receipt will not be processed for refund.
Please note that we are not liable for goods which are sent to third parties. If customers do wish to hand over goods to a third party, we advise you please check these goods beforehand.
Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send orders back to us. You must send unwanted product(s) to us at your own expense and ensure you choose an appropriate way of postage (insured if relevant) to ensure we receive the product(s) undamaged and in its original packaging. We recommend using DPD, DHL or UPS Express.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product(s). In cases where the product(s) is returned without its original packaging, and/or damaged, and /or used, we will not be able to provide a refund or any reimbursement. Brute Status Ltd. reserve their right to refuse issuing a refund if any of the conditions set out in this Return Policy are not met by the party returning the unwanted product(s).
By returning any unwanted product(s) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WHEELS WHICH HAVE HAD TYRES FITTED, EVEN IF THEY WERE FITTED BY OURSELVES.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may change or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing an order.
Changes or cancellations after 3 hours will be subject to our Return Policy provided the product(s) has already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse for shipment.
In order to change or cancel your order, please email info@brutestatus.co.uk with the subject “Cancel order” or “Change order” as applicable. Please ensure your email includes the following information:
